·       We go outside for Outdoor Ed on Mondays and Wednesdays

·       Spelling Quiz Feb. 19 ( due to missing days)

·       100’s Day Feb. 11th (dress up like a 100 year old person and have a full day of fun activities in each class)
/    Valentine’s Day Feb 14^{th- book exchange day!}

·       Feb 15 Pro D Day

·       Feb 18^th Family Day no school   

·       Feb 19^th Lindsay Park Carnaval (more info to come)

·       Feb 26^th Ski Day (child abuse training protocol at 7:45 am in Library)

Last Day of Cross Country

Today was our last cross country ski day. A big thank you to Kimberley KiXS XC skiers, Mrs. Christianson for organizing for us and Alta Gas for an amazing opportunity and program for our Grade 3's. This has been an amazing program and experience for our kids. We hit the trails today so that's why there aren't so many photos! Can't wait to see who continues this amazing sport. 

Supplies Request

I’m going to be starting a knitting club with the grade 3s. If anyone has any wool/yarn or knitting supplies they aren’t using anymore we would love to have them be a part of our collection!!!! Thank you!

Outdoor Fun

We had fun measuring, walking, doing a sliding challenge and playing predators and prey! Ask us what was the best part of being outside today!

Cross Country Skiing

A big thank you to Kimberley KiXS XC skiers, Mrs. Christianson for organizing for us and Alta Gas for an amazing opportunity and program for our Grade 3's. Yesterday was a gorgeous day to ski and the kids even learned how to go up and down hills! Check out the amazing skiing through the tunnel and ask us about our adventures during our ski time with our instructors on the trail!
